Rockstar Games might have utilized some custom quality settings for the PS3 version, which shouldn’t be surprising judging from its aged hardware. It appears that the PS3 version of the game is even lower than the PC version at the Normal quality preset. The game seems to be well optimized for the PC, and can run on a wide range of hardware easily. GTA V has finally been released on the PC after a long wait.
